Deliveries & returns
Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This time may be extended during periods of new collection or confinement.
- Pre-ordered items are dispatched from the date indicated on the product sheet. If 2 items in your order are pre-ordered, the package will be dispatched when it is complete (latest date).
Product returns
- Contacter l'équipe Delta avant tout renvoi de produit, au maximum 30 jours après la date de livraison. La prise de contact doit se faire par email ou bien par courrier.
- All returned products must be in new condition.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
- The return address is: DELTA SAS, 149 Avenue du Maine, 75014 Paris, France.
- If a shipment is returned to Delta due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, delivery charges will not be refunded and new charges will apply for a new shipment.
- If a shipment is refused by the recipient for any reason, or if it is returned to Delta for non-payment of customs duties, the products sent and the delivery charges are non-refundable.
- To avoid customs charges when returning products, please write clearly on the returned parcel: "RETURNED GOODS".
