The holds BiPlats are the brand-new holds multi-purpose climbing tools which are easily attached to the Deltaboard using the DB nuts on the back. They offer several types of grip to diversify your training:
- Pinches: Two different angles to work on pinch force, one easy and one difficult.
- Dishes: An already demanding 30° dish and an extreme 40° dish to test your limits.
- Mono and bi-finger: A hold mono-finger and a hold bi-finger to reinforce each finger individually.
What's more, the BiPlat can be used independently of the Deltaboard thanks to the supplied cord. Simply thread the cord through the center hole of the hold, attach ballast (weights not included), and you can use the hold as a clamp to lift weights, improving your grip strength.
